Regional Manager

Regional Managers are responsible for managing multiple properties in a given area. They are focused on providing maximum returns to the owners through successful staffing, accounting and operational practices. They are also tasked with educating employees and implementing Ardmore policies and procedures.


  • Weekly reporting to executive team on portfolio performance
  • Developing and implementing an annual budget for each community
  • Meet financial goals set for each community
  • Cultivate high level of customer service on site through interaction with and education of employees
  • Willingness to travel
  • Work with Community Managers on marketing plans


  • BA/BS in Business or related field preferred
  • Three or more years in multi-site experience required
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office suite
  • At least one year Yardi software experience

Community Manager

Community Managers are responsible for managing all aspects of their site on a daily basis. They are tasked with optimizing resident satisfaction through proper staff and site management.


  • Manage all daily facets of their community
  • Ensure that all Ardmore policies and procedures are practiced by site staff
  • Effectively operate within budgetary guidelines
  • Train staff on proper customer service and leasing practices
  • Lead regular meetings with staff
  • Continuously monitor market conditions and respond proactively


  • BA/BS in Business or related field preferred
  • Three or more years in property management preferred
  • Strong marketing skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office suite
  • At least one year of Yardi software experience preferred

Assistant Manager + Leasing Consultants

These roles are primarily responsible for the day to day interaction with current and prospective residents, as well as providing necessary support to the Community Manager.


  • Implement the community’s marketing plan
  • Assist the Community Manager
  • Handle the leasing process for prospective residents
  • Learn and follow Fair Housing guidelines as well as Ardmore policies and procedures
  • Respond and follow up with existing residents on renewals, service requests and general inquiries


  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • High level of verbal communication
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite preferred
  • At least one year in property management or two years in a sales related field preferred
  • Yardi experience preferred


The maintenance staff is responsible for the physical preservation and well-being of the community. They also play a vital role in customer satisfaction by addressing and completing all service requests in a timely manner.

  • Optimize curb appeal by keeping grounds clean
  • Perform assigned work orders in a timely manner
  • Prepare make ready units
  • Regularly inspect the grounds for areas in need of repair
  • perform preventative maintenance in accordance with the site schedule


  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • One to five years in apartment maintenance experience depending on position preferred
  • Working knowledge of and ability to repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry
  • Pool maintenance experience and certification preferred
  • Ability to work nights and weekends if necessary
